Category 2 sits in the middle: it's the everyday tint for mixed Colorado light, good from an overcast morning at Eldora to a sunny afternoon at A-Basin. For night skiing you want a Category 0 or 1 clear or yellow lens. For high-alpine bluebird glare, a Category 3 is darker.

Try them on in Longmont

Goggle fit depends on your face and your helmet, and no spec sheet settles it. Bring your helmet into the shop at 463 Main St and we'll check the seal across your nose and forehead before you buy.
