It features a sculpted handle, providing a perfect place to out your thumb when netting a fish.

The bow is tapered, thinner at the top of the bow than at the handle. All of the pressure on a net is transferred to the junction of the bow and handle; there is very little pressure on the top of the bow. Reducing this small amount of material gives the net better balance.

The handle is rubberized for better grip and the frame is fitted with a black rubber net bag.

The net does not weigh 3 pounds, that is the shipping weight.
