Look NX 11 GW Binding

Regular price $199.95

Brake Width90
ColorBlack

The binding we put most first-time ski buyers on, and plenty of experienced ones too. A DIN 4-11 range covers the large majority of adult skiers, the toe releases in multiple directions, and it costs a fraction of a race binding without giving up the release performance that actually matters.

What you get

  • DIN 4 to 11. Suits beginners through strong intermediates. Your setting comes from weight, height, boot length and ability - we calculate it, we do not guess.
  • GripWalk compatible. Works with GripWalk and standard alpine soles, which is what nearly every boot sold today uses.
  • Multi-directional toe release. The safety feature that matters most in a slow, twisting fall - the kind that hurts knees.
  • Two brake widths. 90 mm and 100 mm, to match a frontside carver or a wider all-mountain ski.

Mounted and tested in Longmont

Mounting is free when you buy skis and bindings from us. We set them on a calibrated jig, dial in forward pressure for your boot and test the release values before the skis leave the shop. Bring your boots in - a binding set to the wrong boot length is not a binding, it is a hazard.

Common questions

Is a DIN 11 binding enough for me? For most adult recreational skiers, comfortably. If you are heavy, fast and aggressive, the SPX 13 is the next step up and we will tell you if you need it.

Which brake width? It should match your ski waist or be up to about 15 mm wider. Tell us your skis and we will pick it for you.

Will these fit my boots? Yes, if your boots are standard alpine or GripWalk. Tech-fitting touring boots need a touring binding instead.

Can I pick these up today? Yes, if they are in stock. Order online and choose free local pickup in Longmont, or get free shipping on orders over $200.
