A three-piece cabrio shell, which is a different animal from the overlap boots most people have worn. The tongue flexes progressively rather than hitting a wall, so the boot gets smoother the harder you push it - and it is far easier to get into on a cold morning, which is not a small thing.
What you get
- Cabrio three-piece construction. Shell, cuff and a separate tongue. Smoother flex, easier entry, and simpler for us to adjust than a traditional overlap.
- Instep Fit closure. The buckle pulls down over the instep rather than squeezing from the sides, which is what makes a high instep comfortable instead of numb.
- Freeride-tuned. Built for skiers who spend their day off the groomed as much as on it.
- Wide size run in stock. 26.5 through 30.5.

Ski boots are the one piece of kit you should never buy on a spec sheet. Come in and we will measure your foot, shell-check you and tell you honestly whether this is your boot. We heat-mould liners in-house, and that is included when you buy boots from us. Shell work - punching and grinding - is a Master Bootfitter job, so we do not do it here: we send people to Boulder Orthotics and Boot Fitting and we will tell you up front if we think you will need it.
Common questions
Is a cabrio boot right for me? If you have a high instep, a wide forefoot, or you have struggled getting into stiff overlap boots, almost certainly yes. Come try one next to an overlap - the difference in entry alone usually decides it.
What size do I need? Mondo sizing is the length of your foot in centimetres, not your shoe size. We measure both feet and shell-check you before you buy.
