A touring boot you can genuinely ski, and a resort boot you can genuinely tour in. The Alltrack Elite 90 W LT is Rossignol's women's free-touring boot: Dynafit-certified tech inserts for pin bindings, a premounted GripWalk sole for your alpine bindings, and a releasable cuff that opens to 50 degrees for the skin track. One boot, both jobs - which for most people is the honest answer to owning two.
Who this boot is for
A woman who skis the resort most days but wants the option of earning turns without buying a second pair of boots. The 90 flex suits a confident intermediate to advanced skier. If you tour more than you ride lifts, there are lighter boots; if you never tour at all, you are paying for inserts you will not use and we will point you at the Alltrack 80 W instead.
What you get
- Dynafit-certified tech inserts. Not an imitation - certified, so they work correctly with pin and hybrid bindings like the Marker Duke PT. This is the part that makes the boot a touring boot rather than a boot with a walk mode.
- Premounted GripWalk sole. So the same boot drops into a GripWalk-compatible alpine binding. Bring your skis in and we will check and reset forward pressure.
- 50-degree walk mode with a releasable cuff. A real range of motion for skinning and boot packing, not the token 20 degrees some resort boots claim.
- 98 mm women's last. A low-volume, narrow fit built on a women's-specific shape - not a men's shell in a different colour.
- Grilamid shell. Light, with better rebound and cold-weather resilience than standard polyurethane.
- Generative Design Grid thins the shell wall wherever it is not carrying load, cutting weight without losing power transfer. Dual Core places two plastic densities to wrap the foot and drive the edge.
- Preshaped full-custom liner with Primaloft insulation and a touring-specific build for ankle mobility. Fully heat-mouldable.

Ski boots are the one piece of kit you should never buy on a spec sheet, and a 98 mm last is narrow - plenty of feet will not fit it. Come into 463 Main St and we will measure your foot, shell-check you and tell you honestly whether this is your boot. We heat-mould liners in-house, and that is included when you buy boots from us. Shell work - punching and grinding - is a Master Bootfitter job, so we do not do it here: we send people to Boulder Orthotics and Boot Fitting and we will tell you up front if we think you will need it.
Common questions
Can I use these with my regular alpine bindings? Yes, provided your bindings are GripWalk compatible, which covers nearly everything sold in recent years. The GripWalk sole comes premounted.
Can I use them with pin bindings? Yes - the inserts are Dynafit certified, so they are the real thing. That also makes them the right boot for a hybrid binding like the Duke PT, which needs tech inserts to work in tour mode.
Is 90 flex enough? For most women skiing resort and touring, yes. Flex follows weight, height and how hard you ski rather than ambition - tell us how you ski and we will be straight with you.
Will a 98 mm last fit me? It is a narrow, low-volume shell. If you have a wide forefoot or a high instep, probably not, and we would rather tell you that in the shop than have you find out on day three.
