A softer-flexing four-buckle boot for women who ski the whole hill and want to still be comfortable on the last run. The Vizion 4B 80 W is the one we fit most often for progressing intermediate skiers: enough structure to drive a modern ski, forgiving enough that you are not fighting it at the end of the day.
What you get
- Flex 80. The right number for a progressing or comfort-focused skier. A boot that is too stiff makes you stand upright and skid - this one bends when you ask it to.
- Four macro-adjustable buckles. Even closure across the foot and a genuinely wide fit range, so we can tune it to your leg rather than yank it tight.
- Women’s specific last and liner. Shaped for a lower calf and built warmer, because cold feet end days early.
- GripWalk soles. Rockered rubber sole, far better to walk on, compatible with GripWalk and MNC bindings.
- Slate colourway. New for 2026/27.

Common questions
What size do I need? Mondo sizing is the length of your foot in centimetres, not your shoe size. Come in and we will measure both feet - ten minutes now saves a season of misery.
Is a flex 80 too soft for me? If you are charging hard all day we would look at the 90 or 100. If you are progressing, or your current boots hurt, 80 is very likely right. We would rather put you in the correct boot than the expensive one.
Will these fit my bindings? GripWalk soles need a GripWalk or MNC binding. Most bindings sold in the last several years are. Bring your skis and we will check and adjust them free.
Can these be punched if they still hurt? Yes. We punch, grind and heat-mould in-house, and that work is part of buying boots from us.
