This location offers some of the best fly fishing in the Boulder area - with many trout- packed stretches of the South Boulder Creek. So if you want to wade in open, calm waters, consider the upper section, located near the State Park Visitors Center. If you’re looking for a more adventurous fly fishing location, try the middle section, which has some rock scrambles, faster currents, and tougher fish - which are mostly trout, as is common with many Colorado fishing locations.
